During our tests, we discovered that the IQ handled pet hair well. It was able to remove a large amount of debris on floors that were unfinished, and a fair amount of medium-pile rug. On the other hand, the iRobot is built better and has fewer parts that require replacement or maintenance and has lower recurring costs and can even create virtual no-go zones with its companion app. It can continue cleaning from where it left off even if the battery runs out before it finishes. The iRobot is also controlled by voice commands, which is a big plus for many users.

Eufy 11S

The RoboVac 11S eufy robot vacuum isn't one of the most features-rich models, but it provides excellent cleaning power for affordable prices. This vacuum was made for those who are budget conscious and don't need a complex mapping system, or an app, to control it. This robot can run for a long time and comes with the remote, a cleaning tool, AC power adapter, charging base and extra filters.

In our tests, the eufy 11S was very effective in removing larger debris and fine dust on hard floors. It was unable to thoroughly clean medium and high-pile carpets. The device also has a tendency to smack into furniture and people that are in its path however, it is able to detect obstacles with sensors. It ceases and emits a loud noise when it encounters an obstacle. Then, you can manually steer the device around the obstacle and restart it.

Another fantastic feature of the eufy11S is its BoostIQ mode that allows you to set the robot to automatically adjust its suction power to match floor type and the level of dirt. It's also easy to use the remote to direct the 11S where you'd like it to move.

Single Room Mode is a great option for those with small furniture in the area you'd like to vacuum. The eufy can spend 30 minutes focusing on cleaning the space it is assigned to.

Edge Cleaning is another option that can limit the time that is spent on each area to 20 minutes. This will increase battery life. This option allows the eufy to move in a spiraling manner by cleaning edges and corners.

Miele Complete C1

The Miele Complete C1 canister robot is a fantastic mid-range vacuum cleaner that excels on carpet. Its performance is also exceptional on floors that are not bare. It can pick up rice and other small particles effortlessly. The suction power doesn't drop as the dirt bin gets full. Its air-sealed and allergy-friendly design capture allergens, keeping your family healthy. It comes with an onboard HEPA and self-emptying bin so you don't need additional filters or a vacuum bag.
